With the change in practice times to Wednesday, we now face a conflict with our monthly business meetings. It has been proposed to move the monthly business meetings from the third Wednesday of each month to the third Tuesday.
For November, our officers are hoping to hold the meeting on a Sunday (proposed dates of November 10, or November 24th) in order to include a planning session for the events of 2025.
Polling will be offered up soon through social media channels to determine the ideal date/time. As always, all members of our community are welcomed and encouraged to participate.
