10:00 am ~ Opening Court – Invocation of the Lists
11:00 am (or immediately following court) ~ A&S Judging Begins
Noon ~ Bardic Judging Begins
3:00 pm ~ Gate Closes
4:00 pm ~ DEIB Discussion
5:00 pm ~ Bar Opens
7:30 pm ~ Court
11:00 pm ~ all people and materials out of the university
