• MWIT December 2025
  Join us for a December edition of Myrgan Wood’s Invitational Tournament. A fun archery gathering! Sunday, December 14th. Noon-4 (tournament begins exactly at 1:30)

Past Events:

• Medieval Times with the Museum of Antiquities – Demo
  Join Myrgan Wood on Saturday, September 27th from noon-5 in the Bowl at the University of Saskatchewan. Volunteers will be on site as early as 8am to begin set up. All are welcome to come and help in whatever capacity they are comfortable in.
• Demo/Practice – Saskatoon Celtic Festival
  On Saturday, September 20th, from noon – 5pm, join Myrgan Wood at John Lake Park (2620 Broadway Ave, Saskatoon, SK S7J 2M1) for a practice alongside Saskatoon’s Celtic Festival. Our artisans are encouraged to bring their projects and show them off. Fighters are welcome to gear up and demonstrate their prowess for the masses.
• Melfort Demo – July 20, 2025
  Join Myrgan Wood in Melfort, Saskatchewan at the Melfort & District Museum, from 1 pm to 5 pm (participants setting up as early as 11 am) for an afternoon of crafts, fighting, and fun! Check out our event page for more information!
• Myrgan Wood Summer Champs
  Saturday, July 5th – Sunday, July 6th, 2025Quad Site. Tied for the first time with Avacal’s Quad War, we’ve merged two excellent events into Avacal 10-Year. The final two days of this premiere extravaganza is tied to our barony’s quest to discover our new fencing and archery champions.
• Pop Con Demo
  Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 & Sunday, May 4th, 2025 at Prairieland Park in Saskatoon. — The Barony of Myrgan Wood will once again be present at Saskatoon’s annual comic and pop-culture convention. More details will be available soon.
