11:00 – Prairie Paladin starts!
We don’t have our first demo until 11:20
12:30 – Second demonstration until 12:50
2:30 – Dance demonstration until 2:50
4:30 – Final demo until 4:50
5:00 – begin take-down and pack-up

Hello Myrgan Wood!
Archos Robert Boniface and myself [Lord Conan] are coordinating the barony’s participation in Prairie Paladin 2024, and I am speaking to you now to call for aid in running this demo. This event had over 500 attendees last year, and is very important to getting our barony exposure and interest from the public.
This demo is the 21st of September, from 11AM to 5PM that Saturday! Please mark this in your calendars, and check out the facebook event the museum has made for it.
Our location and the location of the erics should be similar to last year, but the ENTIRE bowl has been reserved for this event, and a line locate is being done for the bowl as well, so we will be able to peg tents down.
What does this mean and what do Conan and Robert want?
If you are able to be there this year, PLEASE come out. Even just to chat and be present is a huge boost.
If you have a Pavillion, Period Tent or other larger structures, please reply on the Facebook thread with the items you are comfortable bringing to the event! We would like to be able to plan this ahead for layout. Any folding tables you’re able to bring are very appreciated.
If you are a fighter or marshal, please sound off if you are able to be there!
If you have arts to bring, both for display and demonstration, let us know! We can set up additional modern shelters as needed.
